This must be a new or newly refurbished motel. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful with information with directions and traffic concerns as we were there for a concert. The room was spotless, sheets were so clean, and the bathroom looked like we were the first ones to use it. I can't say enough about the cleanliness. When we were leaving we saw the owners and they too were very kind as well. I highly recommend staying there, I know we'll be back next time were in town.

As a solo female traveler, I typically do not stay in motels with exterior doors exposed. This was a rare exception, as the price was in budget. That said, I was pleasantly surprised the area and property seemed quiet and safe, and most occupants were families. The room was well appointed, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I recommend to others and would stay again if in the area again.

I was surprised at the quality of the room. I didn't expect much, I just needed a cheap place to stay. The room was small compared to other places I stay - but it was perfect! And the room was spotless. The people were very friendly. I would have rated it a 10 if they offered coffee before 7 am. The good news is, there's a Dunkin' Donut directly behind the motel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable bed. Good shower with lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a handy shelf and grab bar. Easy parking just outside the room. Fast wifi. Jason and Bella at the front desk were super.

No rugs so SUPER clean, comfy bed and very pleasant staff. Next door is an excellent diner we enjoyed for dinner.. they are also open for breakfast.

We love this place!! The owners are very nice, the room was clean and well kept, it looked like everything was new! Great price and great location for the lake and the casino. We will definitely be returning here on future trips!!

This little room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff receptionist was very friendly. We wanted an extra towel and a bag for our dirty clothes. All given with a smile. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. The room also had a microwave and a refrigerator. It was also conveniently located to the lakes and towns. We will definitely stay here again.

Well the Hotel price was fair without extra whistles. Breakfast was bread and coffee, but it would be crazy to complain for breakfast when you are paying basic rate. We loved the fact the place was clean and nice looking, completely renovated.

Unlike, typically roadside motels, this place is super clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We came very late but staff was friendly and helpful, they made a special arrangement for us, providing two connected rooms which made a huge difference for my family.
